"Looked nice, but the fabric got scratchy"
I ordered a top from Z's Boutique, and at first I thought it looked decent. Nothing too fancy, just a nice enough top, you know? But after wearing it for a little while, the fabric started to feel kind of rough on my skin. I kept noticing it, especially once I’d had it on for more than a few minutes. I guess I was expecting something softer. It’s probably okay if you’re only wearing it for a short time, but for a full day, I don’t think I’d reach for it again

"Tracking felt kind of suspicious"
I ordered from shopzsboutique.com, and the tracking situation made me uneasy. It took longer than I expected just to get a tracking number, and once I finally had it, the updates barely changed for days. I kept checking because something about it felt a little off, like I wasn’t getting the full picture.
The package did show up in the end, so at least it wasn’t a total disaster. But I really didn’t like sitting there wondering where my order was, especially with customer service giving vague answers. Maybe it was just a slow shipping process, but it left me suspicious enough that I probably wouldn’t order again anytime soon

"Fit didn’t meet my usual standard"
I ordered my normal size, the same one I almost always wear, but this was way too tight on me. I have a consistent standard for how my clothes should fit, and this just didn’t work.

"Trying to use the website was..."
Trying to use the website was frustrating. It reminded me of the old clunky sites my dad used to struggle with when he’d ask me for help. Pages kept freezing, and once I finally got to checkout, it was confusing enough that I just gave up after a few tries

"Refund process was a hassle"
I had to follow up twice just to get my refund sorted out, and it felt like I was being passed around instead of anyone taking ownership. It eventually got handled, but it took way longer than it should have.

"Not really worth it"
This was kind of a letdown. It looked way nicer online, but once I got it, the quality just felt cheap and not like something that should cost that much. For the price, I expected more than that.

Customer service was okay overall. It took longer than I expected to hear back, and while they did eventually respond, it kind of made me wonder how reliable the support would be if I had a bigger issue.

"Okay item, but the packaging wasn’t great"
I guess the item itself seems fine so far, but the way it showed up didn’t exactly give me a lot of confidence. The packaging felt cheap, and the bag was all bent up like it had just been tossed around. Maybe it protected the product enough, but it didn’t look like much care went into it. Kind of disappointing after waiting for the order to arrive

"Should’ve Trusted My Gut"
I ordered two items, and when they finally arrived, one of them was the wrong size. The other one was fine, but it was still frustrating to wait and then have to reach out to get it sorted. I had a little feeling something might get mixed up, and I guess I should’ve trusted my gut.
